2023 APL Problem Solving Competition Winners

The judges have identified the following winning entries:

Phase II – Grand Prize Winner:

receives a cash prize of $2,500 USD and an invitation to present his winning work at Dyalog '23 in Elsinore, Denmark

Phase II – Second Place:
